1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ueie.com (“Website”), owned and operated by UEIE Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (“UEIE”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and all services offered by UEIE, including but not limited to courses, events, mentoring schemes, products, and any associated materials (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Website or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
UEIE provides educational services and resources related to university admissions. These include online courses, in-person events, mentoring programs, and educational materials such as practice questions, guides, and other resources.
3. User Eligibility and Accounts
- Age: You must be at least 14 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

- Upload or transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website, or to any of the Services offered on or through the Website.
- Use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website.
- Engage in any activity that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Send unsolicited promotional or commercial content (spam) through our website.
- Share, distribute, resell, or otherwise make available any of UEIE’s course materials, resources, or content to any third party without the express prior written consent of UEIE.
- Use any of UEIE’s resources, including but not limited to course materials, mock papers, practice questions, subject guides, and admissions statistics, in connection with or in support of any business or commercial enterprise (whether for profit or not) without the express prior written consent of UEIE.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- UEIE Content: All content on the Website and provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, course materials, mock papers, practice questions, subject guides, and admissions statistics (“Content”), is the property of UEIE or its licensors and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: UEIE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services.
- Restrictions: You may copy, save and print extracts from the Website for your own personal use. These parts of the website must clearly indicate the source: UEIE or ueie.com. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content without the express prior written consent of UEIE. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website or Services shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
13. Changes to the Terms of Service
UEIE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Website or Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UEIE regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
