UEIE Refund Policy

UEIE offers a variety of educational products, including live classes and online resources such as video lectures, practice questions, and mock exams. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
Live Classes:
- Cancellation 7+ days before the course start date: Full refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the course start date: Partial refund, minus a 12% administration fee.
- Cancellation after the course start date: No refunds are available. However, we will do our best to help you catch up on missed material.
Other Products (Video Lectures, Practice Questions, Mock Exams):
- Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for these products. We encourage you to carefully review the course details, including the curriculum, sample lectures, sample practice questions, and FAQs to ensure the course is a good fit for your needs before purchasing.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These circumstances are limited to:
- Persistent technical issues preventing course access, where we are unable to provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
- Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or significant political unrest, that prevent course completion.
Important Notes:
- Documentation supporting your claim is required for all exception requests.
- All exception requests will be reviewed at UEIE’s discretion.
- Submitting a request under these exceptions does not guarantee a refund.
General Refund Conditions:
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ueie.com
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
