Course Purchases: Refunds for UEIE courses will generally be considered only within the first 7 days from the date of purchase.
Course Completion: Refunds may not be granted for courses that have been completed or significantly progressed.
No Refunds for Free Courses: Refunds will not be granted for free courses or promotional offers.
Written Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ueie.com within the specified refund window.
Documentation: Refund requests may require supporting documentation, such as proof of purchase or evidence of course completion.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
